Billing Policy

A minimum 50% deposit is required in order to reserve your booking, and the full payment is due at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled picnic. If the invoice is not paid by the due date, Oasis Picnics cannot guarentee your booking. If you require flexible billing options (such as splitting the amount into seperate payments), please contact us and let us know!

Cancellation Policy

Please note that we generally do not accept cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled picnic time. Cancellations made with 48 hours or more notice will receive a refund minus a service fee. Oasis Picnics may allow a picnic rebooking for no fee at the owner's discretion. We know that life happens, so please make sure to reach out to us if you need to cancel a picnic due to an emergency so we can work with you to find a solution.

Weather Policy

Oasis Picnics reserves the right to make cancellations on the day of the picnic due to inclement weather or safety concerns. Oasis Picnics will notify you of the cancellation via email, and will make an attempt to reschedule the picnic for a different day and time. If a reschedule cannot be made, a refund will be rewarded. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you don't want to reschedule, we are happy to switch up the location to your backyard, living room, or hotel room - just send us an email.

Photo Release

By booking with us, you agree that Oasis Picnics may use images from your picnic for display, advertising, website, blog, and magazine submissions and any other means of promotion of our business. Clients waive any right to payment, royalties or any other consideration for the use of the images. If you do not want us to use or post photos from your session, please let us know in writing via our Contact Us form.
